Ⅱ. Usage of UU･VIP
1. How to become a member
＜subjects＞
The person shall meet the following two conditions.
Condition A: The person who agrees with UU FOR YOU's aim for intellectual travelling and learning.
Condition B: The person who is recommended by the member
of UU･VIPor UU･JVB.
Note: When the condition B is not satisfied, please fill the reason of your application in the registration form.
＜application＞
Please apply for member registration on our website.
＜confirmation＞
After the registration is confirmed, an UU FOR YOU ID card will be sent.
Note: Your membership to UU･VIP, you will be limited to persons over the age of 18.
2. How to use
＜signature＞
When a UU･VIP ID card arrives, please sign your name.
＜coverage＞
Discounts or rewards are offered to UU･VIP and its companions.
＜benefits＞
Please check the benefits list of UU･JVB as you use them.
＜usage＞
Please show your UU･VIP ID card to UU･JVB that will offer discounts or rewards.
＜booking in advance＞
In case of a reservation, please notify UU･VIP of the use of UU･VIP ID card.
Note:
Please make sure that a use condition may be deffered from UU･JVB to UU･JVB.
3. Membership fees
＜member fee＞
JPY10,000 for 1 year
JPY25,000 for 3 years
JPY40,000 for 5 years
Note: All fees are tax included .
4. Flow of the application for UU･VIP
Step 1. Application
Please fill the application form for UU･VIP and send it.
Step 2. Confirmation for the application
The confirmation email of the application will be sent.
Step 3. Confirmation for the acceptance
The confirmation email of the acceptance propriety will be sent.
※Please note you might get time until the confirmation email is sent.
Step 4. Payment
For the member of UU･VIP, as well as the confirmation email of the acceptance, the guidance for the member of UU･VIP will be sent. Please pay the enrollment fee according to the guidance.
Payment: cash payment, bank transfer, or PayPal
Step 5. Sending the ID card of UU･VIP
When the payment is confirmed, the ID card of UU･VIP will be sent. The ID card shows a valid period.
