He hoped to study abroad in Japan since his high school days and mastered Japanese by himself during military service.   After military service ,Entered Hosei University, Department of Sociology, Department of Applied Economics.

After graduated ,  he went to USA to study in university.Finished English and Pre-MBA course at San Diego State University in USA.

From this time, he produced his original "Mr. Hung style method"about language learning. He produced a lot of materials and he recieved a high evaluation in China. It became a recommended book in a lot of Chinese Universities.                     　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　While studying in  Kyoto University,  he proposed a business plan and got a certification from Kyoto University about Venture Business Research Exchange Promotion.

He established TTTNET Japan Inc. and expanded the world wide business including the Japanese market . Mainly, they are human resources development service  and intercultural exchanges service .
